Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting TNA and maintaining training calendar.
- Coordinate training participants and training providers to organize trainings effectively. Collect training feedback, analyze and maintain training record.
- Assist in conducting different employee engagement initiatives. Maintain social media platform for employees. Continually look forward for scope of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance appraisal process of all employees.
- Facilitate in developing development plan for potential and mid- level employees and management poor performers.
- Assist in Management Trainee recruitment process and employer branding.
- Any other task as and when assigned by line manager
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Major in HR is preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
