Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting TNA and maintaining training calendar.
  • Coordinate training participants and training providers to organize trainings effectively. Collect training feedback, analyze and maintain training record.
  • Assist in conducting different employee engagement initiatives. Maintain social media platform for employees. Continually look forward for scope of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in performance appraisal process of all employees.
  • Facilitate in developing development plan for potential and mid- level employees and management poor performers.
  • Assist in Management Trainee recruitment process and employer branding.
  • Any other task as and when assigned by line manager

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Major in HR is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
