Asst. Manager/ Manager, Sales & Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand
  • Completes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensure maintenance of customer relationship and established long-term strategic cooperation between customers and sales team.
  • Maintaining good relationship with existing & client and adopting policy .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage the team & customers and ability to work under pressure.
  • Develop proper sales planning in order to increase sales and collection of the Circulation department.
  • Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
  • Regular monitor the sales, distribution, collection and delivery to customers regularly
  • Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline
  • BBA/ MBA - Major in Marketing from any reputed Public University

Work Experience:

  • At least 8 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 08 years of sales and marketing experience in a reputed company, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills
  • Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed
  • Should have excellent knowledge in BRAND building, marketing & sales concepts.
  • Must be a good strategic planner and implementer
  • The incumbent must be a very good analyzer about the competitive information of the similar products and well conversant in Territory and Distribution Management
  • Excellent client relationship and creative services
