Roles & Responsibilities:
- To organize the distributor for place the product smoothly
- To make and set Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis action plan for achieving divisional sales target.
- To evaluate co-ordination regarding business issues with concerning departments.
- Supervising & closely monitoring the Sales, service after sales , merchandising activities and monitoring the team to achieve the Sales target.
- Check, identify and classify the damage as per guideline and retrieve damage products from market.
- Conduct regular merchandising of products in the area as per guideline.
- Ensure daily team sales report submission on daily basis to the MIS department.
- Create a professional marketing plan, motivate sales & marketing team.
- Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all product and services.
- Accelerate action plan to identify potential market or clients along with new sales opportunity.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA/ M.Com/ MSS from any recognized university
- Marketing background candidate will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
