Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with SR and prepare daily attendance report.
- Maintain daily tour plan.
- Sales and stock register check and prepare report.
- Ensure product delivery regularly, according sales order.
- Guide and provide filed training to SR.
- Prepare daily sales report.
- Motivate the Distributors & Sales Persons.
- Create strong Distribution Channel.
- Identify new distributors, dealers in your area.
- Maintain continuous connection with dealers and your retailers.
- Provide sales plan for your designated area.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (ASM) in any food company.
- Energetic and determined to develop career in Sales and Marketing will get preference.
- Understanding the basics of sales & distribution within the area sales of Consumer food & FMCG
- Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Multi-tasking ability & capability to handle pressure.
- Strong Negotiation skill to manage team members.
- Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
