Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with SR and prepare daily attendance report.
  • Maintain daily tour plan.
  • Sales and stock register check and prepare report.
  • Ensure product delivery regularly, according sales order.
  • Guide and provide filed training to SR.
  • Prepare daily sales report.
  • Motivate the Distributors & Sales Persons.
  • Create strong Distribution Channel.
  • Identify new distributors, dealers in your area.
  • Maintain continuous connection with dealers and your retailers.
  • Provide sales plan for your designated area.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (ASM) in any food company.
  • Energetic and determined to develop career in Sales and Marketing will get preference.
  • Understanding the basics of sales & distribution within the area sales of Consumer food & FMCG
  • Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Multi-tasking ability & capability to handle pressure.
  • Strong Negotiation skill to manage team members.
  • Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
