Roles & Responsibilities:
- IYCF-E Coordinator will be responsible for implementing quality integrated IYCF- E program at the camp level to support and promote appropriate IYCF practices.
- S/he will provide support to SPM in planning and implementation of IYCF-E activities and support in capacity development for both external and internal staff.
- S/he will actively engage in IYCF - TWG groups.
- The position will ensure IYCF-E framework is mainstreamed and also work in close collaboration with other sectors e.g. FSL, Health and Child Protection.
- Documentation for lesson learn and best practices, attending in the meeting, facilitate the training and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly report are some of the key roles of this position.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum qualification of Degree in nutrition, Masters Degree, preferably in Nutrition or Public Health will be an added advantage
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh child health and nutrition situation especially inl, excellent technical knowledge on nutrition programming
- Good organization skills and multi-tasking ability ,
- Strong negotiation and representational skills ,
- Proven capacity to supervise, train and coach staff
- Relevant experience in Refugees Camps context is a plus
- Excellent team building, interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a multicultural tea
- Strong public relation skills and good communication ,Excellent computer skills of Microsoft package
