Roles & Responsibilities:
- Participate in rapid assessment design and implementation for identifying training needs relevant to Family Planning services at district level
- Support NIPORT, DGFP, and DGHS to implement strategic plans resulting from the rapid assessment findings
- Support competency-based training and assist with any required skills development of the district level trainers
- Assist in capacity building of NIPORT, DGFP, and DGHS staff to implement revised curriculum, including eLearning platforms at districts and divisional level
- Support learning from the projects implementation science and learning labs
- Organizing meetings and workshops at districts and divisional level
- Coordination among st Sukhi Jibon staff, the district government official and other relevant stakeholders
- Fulfill all reporting requirements from district to project head office
- Any other assigned duties
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Masters in social science or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in the district level health system preferably in family planning is required
- Experience in working with officials at NIPORT, DGFP and DGHS facilities at district/divisional level is required
- Proven ability to effectively work with Government officials at district and divisional level relevant to family planning services
- Preferably from the respective districts (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and Mymensingh)
- Oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel within the respective division and to head office periodically
