Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely communication with candidates to schedule and conduct written tests and interviews
- Handover necessary papers to proposed employees and make them understand the joining process in detail
- Prepare files and necessary documents for proposed employees
- Process joining of new employees and ensure compliance check
- Update HRIS according to employee information after joining
- Maintain attendance data, calculate OT and prepare medical bills of employees
- Ensure smooth processing of confirmation, transfer and promotion
- Process full and final settlement of resigned employees
- Assist in organizing internal and external training programs for employees
- Ensure compliance for ISO audit
- Prepare and submit various bills related to HR activities
- Ensure bank related all tasks which is relevant to HR activities
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor/ Management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Finance, Accounting etc
Work Experience:
Others Requirements:
- Age 24 to 28 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Sound practical knowledge in MS office application, internet and e-mails correspondence
- Strong knowledge in English oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of organizing and maintaining files, documents, sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Excellent in handling situation
- Smart, dynamic, professional and hard working
- Ability to work under pressure
