Junior Executive, HR

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates to schedule and conduct written tests and interviews
  • Handover necessary papers to proposed employees and make them understand the joining process in detail
  • Prepare files and necessary documents for proposed employees
  • Process joining of new employees and ensure compliance check
  • Update HRIS according to employee information after joining
  • Maintain attendance data, calculate OT and prepare medical bills of employees
  • Ensure smooth processing of confirmation, transfer and promotion
  • Process full and final settlement of resigned employees
  • Assist in organizing internal and external training programs for employees
  • Ensure compliance for ISO audit
  • Prepare and submit various bills related to HR activities
  • Ensure bank related all tasks which is relevant to HR activities
  • Any other job assigned by the supervisor/ Management

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Finance, Accounting etc

Work Experience:

 

Others Requirements:

  • Age 24 to 28 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Sound practical knowledge in MS office application, internet and e-mails correspondence
  • Strong knowledge in English oral and written communication
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of organizing and maintaining files, documents, sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Excellent in handling situation
  • Smart, dynamic, professional and hard working
  • Ability to work under pressure
